  • Mangoes can be added to chicken salad. This salad is a combination of new potatoes, tender broiled chicken and asparagus tossed in a fresh orange dressing and then mixed with juicy mango slices and baby salad greens. It is a delicious and well balanced meal.
  • Unripe mangoes can be used to prepare mango chutney. For this purpose, grill the mango slices along with their skin for 10 minutes until the skin becomes spotty and the fruit feels soft. Place these slices in a bowl, cover and let them stand for 10 minutes. Now peel the skin of the fruit with your fingers.
