Uses for Apple Cider Vinegar (Weight Loss, Acne, Hair, Skin, and MORE)
Apple Cider Vinegar is extremely beneficial in MANY different ways. I use vinegar almost daily (see my post here for 50 things to do with vinegar) and I drink Apple Cider vinegar daily too.
Important – be sure to only use the natural Apple Cider Vinegar with the “mother” – this is the brand I use, Braggs and you can get it on Amazon or you can get it at your health food store.
Every day I drink 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with 8 oz of cold water (drink with a straw to protect the enamel on your teeth). You can add a little honey or agave if it’s too strong for you. When I refer to drinking it below, this is the concoction I am referring to.

HOW TO TAKE APPLE CIDER VINEGAR:
Apple cider vinegar
As I mentioned at the beginning….as GOOD as ACV is for you….that’s how BAD it tastes! Which begs the question….how on earth are you supposed to get past that???
Well, for the hard core ACV enthusiasts it’s just added to some water and then “bottoms up!” But for more sensitive folks, like myself, there’s still hope! Just add some raw honey, stevia or agave to give it a little sweetness. Or you can chase it with a little sweetened apple juice. Whatever works for you.
