There is nothing more sublime than the floral aroma of rows of early summer produce at the local farmer's market. Mother Nature at her finest. Ingredients:


3 Organic Carrots

1/2 Organic Red Pepper
2 Organic Granny Smith Apples

Directions:

First rinse off and cut up all the veggies.  I just sliced the ends off of the carrots (you can add the stems if you want, they are full of nutrients).  I sliced the stem off of the pepper and then cut it in quarters, making sure all the seeds are out.  For the apples, I just sliced them like in the photo below and cut any seeds out.

Now all you have to do is juice it.  How you do this will depend on what kind of juicer you have.
After you've juiced everything, pour in a cup and enjoy!  How easy is that?
This juice is so refreshing, I often drink it for breakfast!

Red bell pepper and carrot juice

ingredients

Carrots           50g
Red bell pepper 50g
Honey                1 tbsp
Water                100ml

Fasting Diet Juice Recipe

Wash the carrots and red bell pepper, cut into about 1 inch.
Put the ingredients in a blender.
Then, please close the lid of the blender.
Make juice.
